Mine is a teaspoon of natural (unprocessed) cocoa powder. It doesn't taste chocolately, but it adds a nice depth of richness.

What one ingredient makes your chili stand out and why? If it's a beer or an ale, which kind?

Thanks, and I promise...I won't tell anyone

Help. My husband and two kids are the pickiest eaters ALIVE. I thought I was finicky, but these 3 top the charts. And feeding them is making ME fat. I can't eat the way that they do, but we can't afford to cook a different meal for everyone. I need some healthy recipes that I can actually talk them into eating. I love vegetables, but my husband HATES them. He only eats corn. None of them will eat mushrooms, peppers, tomato, onion, or broccoli. We don't eat pork, but beef and chicken are alright. I like turkey, but my husband will only eat it on Thanksgiving. He hates roast beef, by the way. I can NOT eat anymore pasta or mashed potatoes. Any tips?

We're having ravioli for dinner that are stuffed with spinach and parmasan cheese then tossed with olive oil and seasoning. What would make a complimentary side dish? Any ideas?

I am recently divorced from my wife who left the family. That part is not important. What is important is that I need some simple, economic recipes that I can cook quickly for the boys and I. I work as a school administrator and get home pretty late and I need to cook something for the boys that does not have the work "helper" in it. Does anyone have a chicken recipe by any chance? Remember it has to be easy and economic. Many thanks to all of you!

I live in the Philippines, it's pretty humid here. I tried making sugar cookies but for the life of me i couldn't shape them nicely with the cookie cutters! dough was just too soft! i just baked them as drop cookies, they tasted great but how can i make perfectly shaped stars and other nice designs? I even chilled the dough in the fridge, rolled it out fast and cut fast but too soft to hold shape. the ones that did get shaped a bit melted and became round too. help anyone?

I love tofu, and I only get it in restaurants (ie mostly chinese dishes like ma-paw tofu or tofu with beef or in clay pots). When I'm at the grocery store, there are so many to choose from I get confused and afraid I'll buy the wrong ones. Any ideas or instructions on how to cook tofu?

Please, don't just google 'meat thermometer' and copy & paste the results here...I'm looking for someone who actually HAS one and likes it. And I need it for steaks, not one that needs to go in a whole inch!

Thanks for your help. 10 Points to the winner YAY!
