i just made a meatloaf, i lb. ground beef, oats, an egg, fresh herbs, cheese, sauteed veggies, salt and pepper...

now, how long do i cook it, and at what temp? (farenheit, please)

Bake at 350 degrees for apprx.1 hour
Cover.

yah i usually cook at 350 or 375 keep it covered it will be more moist and for about 1 hour to 1 hour and a half. . .. . hope its good :)


ps if you like the top a little crusty, take the lid/foil off about 10-15 minutes before serving. . .
