Yes, there's lots more. There are soups like minestrone, pasta fasul, and wedding day soup (although it can be eaten any time). There's anitpasta which is a sort of vegetable starter, usually just fresh vegetables, some olive oil, and maybe some fresh cheese. There's desserts like Tiramisu and Canoli's. Any authentic Italian cookbook should give you plenty of other dishes - just don't expect to find pizza, and spaghetti with meatsauce or spaghetti and meatballs in it. Those were created in America. They may be have been created by Italian immigrants but they aren't traditional Italian dishes.

This probably sounds too simple, but with a dish like that I like something simple but hearty. I'd probably make zucchini sauteed with garlic and onions, then simmered a bit in a sauce made out of herbed diced tomatoes.
The tomatoes are a nice compliment to the oil and seasoning tossed ravioli.

My family loves Bruschetta. You can do it two different ways.
First:
Cut a french baugette on the bias and lay out the slices on a cookie sheet, brush with olive oil and toast in the oven.
while those toast, drain one can petite diced tomatoes and then combine with 1/2 medium onion chopped, 2 diced cloves of garlic, 1 small bunch green onions chopped. Toss with olive oil and red wine vinegar to taste.
Remove toasts from oven when golden brown and rub each while warm with a fresh garlic clove. Serve toasts with bruschetta mix and parmesean cheese.
Second option:
Make bruschetta mix as above and set aside to blend.
Slice a loaf of Italian bread length wise, brush with olive oil and toast. when lightly toasted, remove from oven and spread bruschetta mix over both halves, top with mozzerella and bake until cheese melted and lightly browned. Slice and serve.
These are great alternatives to regular salad and breadsticks, flavorful and my kids love them both.
