The seeds and fluid surrounding the seeds is a dark green

Tomatoes are "artificially" ripened (turned red) by using a gas, ethylene, but the reality is that it's still a green tomato. What you have is a tomato that needs to sit out a couple day in order to ripen.

Red on the outside green on the inside just means there still not fully ripe.
Sit them in the sun for a day or two.

ummm maybe u got a tomato that wasnt ripe yet... we have tomato plants in our yard and i have never seen that...
