I am hosting an ice cream sundae bar for my Son's b-day. I have a favorite recipe for hot fuge sauce, and I will also have fruit. Any good and easy recipes for other ice cream toppings? Perhaps a marshmallow or caramel or chocolate mint, or anything unusual that's not too complicated?

I am wanting to make a recipe that calls for heavy cream. When I went to 3 stores, all I could find is whipping cream. Is this the same? If not where the heck do I find plain old cream?
