is there anyone doing weightwatchers points diet and do you know how many points a kebab is? ( chicken shish, pitta, lettuce, cabbage, onion and garlic sauce.)

Hang on got to find my eating out guide......Found it, page 38,
Kebab House,
Chicken Shish kebab with Pitta and Salad =4 points
Does'nt say Garlic sauce, Mayo = 2 points
Tzatziki = 1 and half points, small tub.
Enjoy, i'm having a weightwatchers pizza for tea with A corn cob.

I am in weight watchers.
chicken shish is 5 points ( I looked in the book weight watchers gives us)
pitta 1 point
lettuce cabbage, onion is nothing
Garlic sauce is 2 points

Take each individual ingredient and add them up. Garlic sauce? What's in it? It doesn't seem like a lot of points, but only you can say what your portion size is with the chicken and the pita. Sounds yummy.

Your really talking about grilled chicken(albeit marinated) with salad. I'd go easy on the garlic sauce. The link below might give you some clues.

Just get your points finder out.....add up all of the stuff and divide into how many portions etc. Or get out your eating guide!

sorry dont know how many but the way they are cooked i could bet they are full of fat....especially with the garlic sauce:(
