Half and half is a mix of half skim milk and half heavy whipping cream. skim milk has very little to no fat, and heavy cream has a fat content of 36-42%. you can buy half and half at the store, or buy both heavy cream and skim milk seperatly and mix it yourself.

There is a product called half and half. Some people use it in coffee. Look in the milk aisle.

It will be called "Half and Half" on the carton. Do NOT confuse it with the non-dairy Coffee Mate.

its actually called half and half, its in the dairy isle you'll see it there, lots of people put it in their coffee. hope this helps.
