I can only bake scones from a mix. Chocolate-chip shortbread would be great to try out. I got one recipe from a book, but if I try that & it doesn't work I'll be really down. Anyone have a good one that really works for them & tastes good?

I'll try anything different but have never had the opportunity to try Chitlings & Souse, I'd probably mix it with other foods on my plate like beans or peas.

Okay, I have a basic gingerbread men cookies recipe I've been using for a couple of years. But I want to try and add that pumpkin pie stuff in a can to it this time! Do you have a recipe for it, or do you know a website that has one similar? I would appreciate it if you shared it with me please and thank you!

For my food and nutrition class at school, we have this project and we have to make a cookbook. It has to be divided into sections like appetizers, soups/salads, main dish, veggies, desert.

We need to have a theme but I can't decide on one! I don't want to do diet or vegetarian (that’s just not cool), so I dunno what to do!? I don't want it do be too hard, so I was thinking like real traditional foods, so what would that be called? Just "Traditional Foods"? Any other ideas for a theme, that’s not too hard?

The project was assigned 2 weeks ago. Due tomorrow. I’m going to have long night :-(

I told my husband I would make greens on Thanksgiving, so this question is sort of urgent... Actually, its two parts. One, can you mix Collard Greens and Spinach, I mean will it taste ok? Secondly, how do I cook it, can I just boil the heck out of them?

I have a recipe that calls for yeast and all purpose flour. Can I leave out the yeast and replace the all purpose flour with self rising? Will this work?

I don't want fancy bread, just plain, basic loaves. I do not have yeast, but I do have self rising flour! Is there any thing I can use to replace the yeast? Please give a website or a recipe! THANK YOU
