1 whole egg -1/4 cup egg substitute or 2 egg whites you can also use 2 eggs in each cake and 1 tablespoon of mayo, no you can't taste the mayo.
I put mayo in all my cakes makes them supper moist and they don't dry out on the cut edge as fast

Use what you have it'll be fine this time. Eggs add flavor and richness to a cake, but more important, they are responsible for much of the structure of the cake. But some is better then none. If you want eggless I have a recipe for that too.

You might like to try a depression cake, which uses no eggs. Women in the past were quite resourceful when supplies were low.
