I usually mix about 4 oz. of tomato sauce into the meat loaf mixture
during preparation and pour the remaining 4 oz. of sauce on top before baking.. I read a newspaper recipe which called for
bar-b-que sauce instead. Has anyone tried this idea and, if so,
what were the results taste-wise?

I have made them before, but lost the recipe. This is like a pot pie, and most online recipes don't make it as such. I need the recipe as soon as possible.

I'm having a dinner party. I'm having seared Scottish salmon fillet with king prawns. I'd like perhaps a simple cream sauce recipe to drizzle over using maybe double cream or creme fraiche. Any ideas would be great. Thanks. Nothing elaborate, quick and easy.

I'm about to acquire a pint of Christian Brothers' plain Brandy, and I'm a non-drinker! How can I put this to use in my kitchen? Does anybody have a recipe for bread or candy or whatever, that calls for Brandy? I would like the alcohol to cook out. Thanks!

We purchased a bulk quantity of bread flour for a breadmachine which we are just not using fast enough. I would like to learn more about substituting Bread Flour in recipes that call for All-Purpose flour.
