There are lots of things to do with Ramen noodles. Use them in any recipe that requires pasta noodles. Just cook them, put in cold water, and drop in and stir when the rest is done.
I add mushrooms, green papers, onions, and salad for a great quick dish. I make a stroganoff and use Ramen. I put Ramen under a nice pork cutlet and surround that with steamed veggies.
Many times I use the noodles and save the powder for the soup/sauce for another meal, like in stirfry veggies.

I use chicken stock, garlic, diced onions and frozen veggies, bring all to a boil and add noodles, then cook to package specifications.
Also if I have left over white rice, I add some, 1 min or 2 after adding the noodles.
Some times I even add chopped hot dogs or chicken pieces once all cooked I add the noodles.

needs:
1. packet of ramen w/ seasoning SAUCE (notice the word sauce) and seasoning
2. pomegranate (1/2 is enough)
3. crushed almonds (or any other crushed nuts)
boil the ramen, drain it, and then put the seasoning sauce and the seasoning in. stir constantly until it is evenly spread out on the noodles. get 10 or 15 pomegranate seeds (depending on how much noodles) and get the juice out by pinching them over the bowl of seasoned noodles. can get messy = ). then, sprinkle the crushed almonds oveer it and stir again.
i made this myself and it tastes great!!!

It's not really a recipe, but I drain all the water out, and then add the seasoning packet and stir. For a little extra flavor I put a splash of dark sesame oil or hot chile oil on it. Makes it zippy!
