1/2-inch cubes

3 garlic cloves, crushed through a press
1( 7-oz) can diced green chillies
1 medium onion, chopped

2 (15-oz) cans black beans, rinsed and drained ( optional )
1 (14 1/2-oz) can diced peeled tomatoes
1 (12-oz) can or 2 (6-oz) cans tomato paste
In a 4 to 5 quart crockpot, mix together the beef, cumin, chilli powder, seasoned salt, garlic, chillies and onion. Add the chilli beans, black beans, tomatoes with their liquid, and tomato paste. 1lb Beef
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground mustard
2 cans of condensed chicken and rice soup(I use Campbells...do not use a Progresso like soup it doesn't come out well...it has to be condensed)
Combine flour and seasonings. Dredge beef in flour mixture and brown in the skillet with about 2 tbsp of oil. Just brown them. Pour one can of soup into the bottom of the crockpot. Add browned beef. Pour second can of soup over the top. Cover and cook for 4-6 hours on low. I serve this with extra rice. These are the BEST and most tender beef I have ever had! And so easy!!!!

canned diced tomatoes, diced carrots, beans, or other vegetables (use your imagination)
Melt the butter in a crockpot low heat. Add the ground round chopped onions and saute until they are softened and light brown. Add the corn, soup and milk and stir together.
Cut up all of the vegetables you will be using into small pieces. Add them to the saucepan and cook over medium heat until the upchuck begins to boil. Turn down the heat immediately and continue to cook on low for about 5 minutes.
