The grocery is just downstairs from where I live and i have no food here at home. It will open in an hour so im thinking of what food to buy that's cheap and easy to prepare.

I dont know how to cook chicken or other kind of meat.
I'm looking for an easy to prepare meal, a meal that doesnt need cooking is better.
Thanks a lot :)

Any good mushroom based recipes??

Try this i think it is Legendary.

2 big breakfast mushrooms( Remove the stalks ) Fill one mushroom cup with a strong cheddar and bits of garlic & chilly then drizzle with olive oil. Put other mushroom on top and hold together with cocktail sticks. Rub with olive oil and season.
Grill and serve.

You can put it a bun and serve like a burger or have it as part of a main meal.

Trust me this is awsome

Years ago (late 70s) the mother of a friend of mine made this REALLY GOOD sour dough Beer Bread that had to have a 'Culture' of some kind fermented for several days before becoming one of the ingredients for the bread...NO it didn't have to do with the one can of beer called for in the recipe. :| Once all the ingredients were together I THINK the bread had to sit and ferment an addition three or so days before baking in a "tube" bread "baker" in the oven.

Sadly, my friend and I lost touch before I could the that recipe for that particular Beer Bread.

10 points to the one who comes up with that particular recipe. :D

I know Le Creuset cookware is worth the high ticket price, but I have the opportunity to buy several pieces for more about half the price, but they are labeled "seconds". Obviously, they didn't meet some criteria in the making that puts these pieces in that category. Does anyone own any Le Creuset seconds? If so, please share your experience.

Thanks in advance!
