1 tsp vanilla 12 cal
1 tbsp sugar 60 cal
1 can fat free yougurt 65 cal.

i like 2 add u some cocoa powder (dont 4get 2 but it in the freezer)

I like ice cream so if you are just looking for something low calorie low fat i have an answer for you . Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches! they are great and come in many flavors my favorite is mint ice cream . But I also like to freeze the low fat yogurt and eat it because it is cold like ice cream but very creamy .

There are no other alternatives. The other low-fat, low-sugar, etc. substances are not ice cream.

Cold Stone Creamery smoothies!!! they are sooo good and they are lkow fat(I think) and you can get supllement powder in them if you like. I love the Hawaiian one, with bananas,coconut and pineapple. YUM!!!!!!

try a fruitcup with a soft serve ice cream (non-fat vanilla in my opinion) and granola if you prefer.
