Whinnie this is the recipe my Mom gave me when I first got married, because I was a bit useless in the kitchen. They're called Japanese Chicken Wings, and they are so easy I still make them and my family loves them.

3lbs.chicken wings(any chicken will do)
1 beaten egg
1cup flour
1cup marg.

SAUCE
3 tbsp.soya sauce
1cup sugar
1/2tsp.salt
2 tbsp.water
1/2cup vinegar
Coat the wings in the egg, shake the hell out of them in the flour(I add like garlic powder, onion powder or whatever spices you like into the flour) put them in a frying pan to crisp them up. Put the wings into a roaster pour your soya sauce mixture over them and keep basting them quite a bit until they're done. Everybody will think you killed yourself making these, and really it's a breeze. The more you baste them with the sauce the thicker your sweet crust will be on the wings. Good Luck, and honestly these are so easy. I like to double the sauce, just because we like extra when we have rice with it.
