I'm looking to buy an indoor grill pan to use over the stove. I've been looking at all kinds, non-stick, hard anodized aluminum, stainless steel, infused anodized, this one by Circulon that has "Hi-Lo Release..." Which is best? Which brand is better, Calphalon, Circulon, All-Clad? I think I want one that is round as opposed to square, but still relatively large. I want it to be easy to clean preferably dishwasher safe although most non-stick aren't. And then I think about the health risk of non-stick materials...Is stainless steel better in that case? Any advice will help! Thanks! (Oh and trying to stay around $50-$60...but will go higher if it's something really worth it) Most importantly I want something that will do good tasty grilling!

After cooking the fish on a grill outside, then storing in the fridge, then microwaving the fish deplete it of its nutrients and more specifically omega 3 fatty acids? Is it better to eat vegatables raw or cooked?

All of the homemade brownie recipes I try end up chewey or hard. I'm looking for a high, cake-like but moist brownie. Anybody have a good recipe to try? Thanks in advance.

Duke's Reseraunt used to make the best Creme Brule I ever tasted. But they don't make it any more. Does anyone have a Kona Coffee Creme Brule Recipe?

I'm going to try and deep fry boneless chicken breast in the deep fryer, but am tired of tthe flour, eggs, and breadcrumbs thing. Is there an easy recipe to batter foods rather than "bread" them? And what should the temp. be as not to burn the batter?

We filleted it layed the fillets on tin foil
with salt and pepper
and covered generously with olive oil
then wrapped them up flat.

our intent is to take them out thaw and grill'em
no muss no fuss
Somebody mentioned that oil doesn't freeze so it will go bad,
But we are planning on eating them by Oct. 06

All in all, would it be cheaper to make potato chips rather than buy them? I usually don't eat them, nor does my daughter, so I am thinking it would be cheaper just to make a few every now and then, does this seem reasonable to anyone else?

My family loves ribs. When we cook them, we boil them, then grill them, and put ordinary BBQ sauce on it. Can anyone give me a recipie for homemade BBQ sauce, homemade BBQ rub, and how to prepare the ribs?

I'm going to eventually cook it, but how do i not have the fish smell up the house. Should i just buy my own pan and cook it on that? Should i just bury it in onions and lemon juice? Or could glade or some other air freshener extinguish the smell? Also while we are on the topic of fish, could u list some foods that can improve brain functioning other than high protein beans, tuna fish, choline, omega 3 fatty acids, and nuts?
