If you want to get fat eat chocolate at midnight as it will turn into fat rather than being burnt off as energy if you are sleeping - if you work nights and sleep during the day then cake at midnight would be burnt off as usual to a person that is awake during the day - whatever is personal to you is what is OK especially if you are diabetic and if the chocolate is full of sugar.
