I'm looking to buy an indoor grill pan to use over the stove. I've been looking at all kinds, non-stick, hard anodized aluminum, stainless steel, infused anodized, this one by Circulon that has "Hi-Lo Release..." Which is best? Which brand is better, Calphalon, Circulon, All-Clad? I think I want one that is round as opposed to square, but still relatively large. I want it to be easy to clean preferably dishwasher safe although most non-stick aren't. And then I think about the health risk of non-stick materials...Is stainless steel better in that case? Any advice will help! Thanks! (Oh and trying to stay around $50-$60...but will go higher if it's something really worth it) Most importantly I want something that will do good tasty grilling!

Buy a heavy gage aluminum grill pan. It is the best conductor of heat.
