1 pkg of coleslaw mix
1 bunch green onions, chopped
2 pkgs chicken ramen noodles
1 cup sunflower kernels
1/3 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup slivered almonds, toasted
Mix coleslaw mix and green onions. Take the 2 pkgs of chicken flavor that came in the noodles and mix with the sugar, vinegar and oil. Pour over the coleslaw mix and refrigerate for at least 2 hours after you have blended the ingredients well. Just before serving, add the almonds and sunflower kernels. Also, crumble the ramen noodles and mix in. The flavor is excellent.

Definately try the recipe that Libby44 gave!!! Excellent! and the one I immediately thought of as well. Very simple to make with easy ingredients. Only problem is leftovers don't keep. One tip with it is to add noodles shortly before serving as they will get soggy if left to sit for too long.
