We filleted it layed the fillets on tin foil
with salt and pepper
and covered generously with olive oil
then wrapped them up flat.

exacty like we prepare them to bo on the BBQ.
our intent is to take them out thaw and grill'em
no muss no fuss
Somebody mentioned that oil doesn't freeze so it will go bad,
But we are planning on eating them by Oct. 06
Only did 3

Will they last?

They will probably take on the flavor of the foil. Also I find freezing salmon tends to make it a bit stronger.

I think it would work. The oil wont freeze it will solidify. But I would wrap the foil with plastic wrap so it doesn't get freezer burned.

Wrap fish FIRST with Saran Wrap very tightly. Make sure there
is No air. Then wrap with foil.

You should be fine, but we usually go ahead and cook (or usually smoke) our salmon and then freeze it.

DONT PUT NO OIL IN THE BAG BUT THE SEASON WILL BE JUST FINEWIH THE FISH
