when seasoning: make an herb mix and keep all kind of spices at home.

my fave herb mix: chopped fresh: rosemary, thyme, chives and parsley.

trying using other herbs as cilantro with curry or cumin seasoning.

or tarrogon with lemon juice.

get creative :) it can be done.

Pork roast -- seasoned with garlic and pepper slow cooked in the crock pot. When about half done, add vegggies of your choice, say broccoli or cauliflower. Yummy and easy. And so tasty!!!

chicken breast,rub with salt free seasoning,cover with sliced onions,bell peppers(red,yellow and orange are my fav)and mushrooms,cover with foil,bake @ 425 till done.(maybe a 1/2 hour?)mmm.....so good,i like to serve this w/ almon greenbeans,(green beans,butter and sliced almonds)

everything has natural sugars, so unless u want heavily chemicly altered and processed food, no.
