Here I go again...I have asked, and received, super recipes from this site. I want to make a special (yet, easy to prepare) tuna caserole for my son and me. I have plenty of tuna. Any of you have any suggestions for a 'special' tuna caserole I can make tomorrow evening? Thanks in advance. (By the way the cheese steak sandwich recipe I used was great. My son said 'the best ever. ' Thanks.)

Looking for a recipe for deep frying bananas on a stick. I have found many recipes for asian or rather Thai deep fried bananas but what I am looking for is to put a stick in the banana, batter it, and then deep fry it. I was thinking I had heard of something like this out in the California area. Any one have any ideas on this? It would be used as a dessert. Thanks for your help.

I am having a nutrition lesson for my third graders. We will prepare a somewhat healthy snack in the classroom (no ovens, but blenders OK). The kids should be able to help prepare it. It should also be something that they might like to eat.

O.K. for all you people that are culinary illiterate, alot of ice creams(yolk) and sorbets(whites) are make with raw eggs, it gives it a better texture and flavor. (yes sorbets too), And so you don't get sick you have to heat up the mixture, but you dont want it to curdle(scramble), then it tastes nasty. If you don't think that they put eggs in ice cream, next time you go to the store, check the ingredient label.
