take an onion, slice and brown in butter. when its almost done add a tablespoon of olive oil, and some thin sliced potatoes. when they are just starting to cook, take it from the pan and put cubed chicken breast. when that is almost done, drain a can of corn (we like white shoepeg corn) and a plop of butter, and warm the corn with the chicken, then add the other stuff. add a 1/4 cup katsup and a handful of shredded cheddar cheese. cover for a minute and VIOLA!

Oooh I did this experiment on my own and it tastes really good! Get some chocolate chips in a small pan or something and melt them, then add as much peanut butter as you like, mix tigether REAL good! Now this is the "secret" part, if you have a marble or granite countertop pour the chocolate-peanut butter mixture right on the CLEAN counter of course and spread the mixture on the counter with a big frosting knife or something, then pull it away from the counter and all that-keep doin that until the consistency becomes thick like peanut butter or somethin. Take WHITE toast and spread mixture on both sides of toast for even flavor. Use a skillet, butter it real good, if you know how to make grilled cheese sandwiches in a skillet, then you'll be able to do this. I know it's a lot of crap I wrote but it's soooo good, it'ss my little experiment! Good luck hope you understood it all. : D

I often take whatever the heck is in my fridge, and put it in a pita or flatbread or tortilla.
Tuna/cucumbers/cream cheese
Chicken/salsa/sour cream
Mixed vegetables and salad dressings.
Or make sandiwich kind of things. Hamburgers, turkey or ham, or other cold cuts.
Wrap up with a thin layer of peanut butter, and dip into a little bit of honey or maple syrup. Or there's always fluffernutter. Peanut butter and marshmallow cream is a great sandwich, or on crackers. Or make a french toast sandwich with it!

Try dipping large Fritos into potato salad for a quick dip...mmm!
Dip a wheat thin into cottage cheese and top it with a green olive!
Cut an avocado in half and remove the seed. Sprinkle it with garlic powder, minced onion, salt, pepper, and a little squeeze of lemon juice. Mix it up in the shell with a fork and scoop it out with wheat thins!

This is no joke. But being from the south originally, I love banana sandwiches. White bread, mayo and sliced bananas. And for some reason, you have to have potato chips on the side or the sandwich isn't as good.

This isn't weird, and I'm not here for the points, but I figured I'd let you know my favorite snack is a toasted peanut butter and banana sandwich.
