yes you can make pudding with cranberry juice if you want but im not saying it will taste good or work out try lactose free milk or soy milk if its an allergy always contact a dr before trying this

no the only pudding i know that you make with water is lemon pudding.. the rest i know i always use milk...you can buy powdered milk but i do not like it as well...but it does go farther in a family..

pudding made with water, juice or soy milk instead of milk won't set properly and won't taste as good.

No, you won't get any pudding then!

The only possibilty I would expect to work is to mix some coffee cream (or alike) with water (relation 1:3).

My mom made rice pudding using water. she would cook the rice with extra water, then add egg and beat while adding til egg was cooked, then added sugar and vanilla, and sometimes raisins. Very good pudding. She has passed away, and I am still working with the ingredients to get it to taste like hers.:(

It doesn't work. Tried it in the middle of the night when I was out of milk. It thickens but stays loose. Not pretty. Not good. Don't go there.

I've tried that before and the texture just wasn't the same, it tasted nasty too. You'll just have to go to the store and by the milk or else get Jello next time.

You can surely try , but i would think it might stay in a thick liquid form. I am not positive but personally I do not think that it Will thicken and firm with water
