I am looking for a recipe for wonton soup / broth. I was wondering how it is made (ingredientl) in the chinese restaurants. I think originated from Cantonese style / Hong Kong traditional soup. Does anyone know the secret ingredients? Would like to start a noodle house, but need recipe for a great broth.

Just had one first time in years , so I had another one , followed by another.....light golden brown soft and tasty.
Then I had a burnt one , black and sweet goodness. Do you burn marshmallows because of taste , or mistake ? Well they are all good.

My friend made some once a long time ago. She was Mexican, so I'm assuming her recipe was too. Almost like a soupy casserole cooked in a pot. I'm sure it had yellow squash and lots of cheese, maybe some onions.
