Just had one first time in years , so I had another one , followed by another.....light golden brown soft and tasty.
Then I had a burnt one , black and sweet goodness. Do you burn marshmallows because of taste , or mistake ? Well they are all good.

I burn marshmallows for the taste... and I haven't had a toasted marshmallow in at least 5 or 6 years.

I haven't had one in 15 years or more. I used to burn them on purpose. I loved the flavor. the light golden brown ones always tasted under done to me.

There's no better texture than that of a burnt marshmallow. then you suck the crispy part off... you are left with the gooey part. Too bad you really can't repeat the process
