Try using cooking spray that is light and nonfattening. They work best with baking needs. Also continue to use the muffin cups but when you do just add a touch of spray or shortening to the outside of the cups. Also use just a tad bit of flour on the bottom. If all fails then maybe try getting the pre cooked frozen muffins that you can just heat up in the microwave for about three minutes.

butter and then flour the pan - (rub some butter onto the surface that would be touching the muffin batter, and then pour a small amount of flour and move it around to cover the entire cup surface area - continue in all muffin cups) if this doesnt work - get a new muffin tin - seek out the non-stick variety!

Use muffin cups always but also spray a little just in case. spray on the outside and in the cups just in case they overflow.

if they stick even when you use something like PAM then the best thing to do is use real butter to coat the pan with...just take the stick of butter and make sure to get every single inch...immediatly pour the batter in the holes of the pan, but dont go more than three fourths up with the batter...so they have room to expand...I hope this helps!

Try a muffin tin with teflon coating - you shouldn't need to grease or spray it, and the muffins should come out easily.
