The dough sticks too much; so, it is difficult to handle and store.

Sift on a thick layer of flour , fold pasta over, add another layer of flour...wrap in plastic wrap, refridgerate. Then when you're ready to cut the pasta, unwrap, unfold the pasta, brush off the flour, cut pasta and boil.

I've done this all the time,,,,no problems.
