Or where I can purchase in store?

We cook chicken and steak a lot here (3 bachelors) and we're all getting really tired of the same taste every night. We started cooking peppers and onions, mixing it with rice in a wok, and then just mixing in the chicken that we previously cooked in the wok with some brown sugar on it.

I was hoping someone could explain the basics of some kind of wine sauces. I love Marsala when I eat out, and my brothers enjoy Francese. Can I make something similar at home, cheaply, that's reasonably healthy? Just something to cook the chicken or steak in or put over the top so that I can mix up the taste every night. Thanks for the help.

Trying to make brown rice bread, and cant find a recipe that doesnt include some time of food gum. Does anyone know if guar is better than xanthan? also, I would prefer to not use either and use a natural alternative, any ideas? Obviously these gums are not a whole foods and are man made, are they safe for health, gmo free, etc?

I know as far as this:

You fry them after they have been peeled and cut. Any spices though? Any other ingredients? Not pepper or salt.

I've seen it before where the cheese is melted inside a round bread. You can eat the bread afterwards and it's really good

I love peanut butter and sugar open face sandwiches, dont have them but once every 5 yrs but they are yummy! Tonight my kids made themselves balogna, bread--n-butter pickle and mayo sandwiches (YUCK!) and they loved em. Just got me wondering what everyone else enjoys that other might think is off the wall?
