Well according to KFC it is a blend of a number of spices (http://www.kfc.com/about/secret.htm) but..
Some websites claim to have it:

genuine KFC secret recipe
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp basil
1/2 tsp oregano
1 tbsp celery salt
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp dry mustard
4 tbsp paprika
2 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp ground ginger
3 tbsp MSG (Accent)
Mix all ingredients well in a large bowl.
Dip chicken pieces in beaten eggs
Then turn them over in regular bread crumbs (commercial)
Finally plunge them in the flour-spices mixture (above)
Heat oven to 350 degrees
Place chicken in a tray and cover with foil (shiny side out)
Cook 40 minutes.
Remove the foil then cook for another 40 minutes
Baste lightly with oil 5 minutes before the end
Let stand 5 minutes and serve.
But keep in mind that I read somewhere that the only two spices found in the actual chicken were salt and pepper.

Gloria pitzer figured out the mixture of herbs and spices by trial and error. She met Colonel Harlan Sanders who congratulated her and hinted that there was a shortcut to procuring all the ingredients and mixing them. She discovered that he used a certain solid mixture of a packaged salad dressing for his chicken. She found out what it was and published it in a newsletter she authored for many years. She also wrote it up in a booklet/book that she had published and sold. I cannot locate it ,for now, in my cookbook library. (over 800 cookbooks). It probably would be faster to Google her name and get the recipe that way. Incidentally, the Colonel did pressure cook his chickens. Mrs. Pitzer recreated many other famous recipes of restaurants and manufacturers. She wrote several cookbooks with those recipes. E-Bay would be a good place to buy them. The books are long out of print, and I suspect she is long gone, (God rest her soul). The Colonel was a deeply religious man. He donated all his profits from the many Canadian franchisees to his church.

I do know the recipe, but I have been sworn to secrecy. Oh, what the heck, nobody's around, so here it is:
First, cut the chicken into serving pieces.
Next, in a large bowl, combine
BLAM!
BLAM!
BLAM!
(should have kept my mouth shut)
