Tuna Salad with a Twist
1 can tuna(drained)
1 can cut green beans(drained)
1 box frozen cauliflower(cooked as directed on box and cut to bite size pieces)
miracle whip/mayo to taste
chopped lettuce
Mix the tuna, green beans and cauliflower in bowl, add miracle whip(or mayo if you prefer that over miracle whip) till it is of a creamy consistency. Place in refrigerator to get cold and it is time to serve.
To serve: mound cut lettuce on plate and place a spoonful(or desired amount) on the lettuce. You can eat as is, or I prefer to add a little red wine vinaigrette.
It looks horrible, but taste wonderful!

Ok -
1 large can of tuna in springwater
1 large can of chickpeas
1 spring onion sliced
1 small red chilli deseeded and sliced
Mix it all up with salsa (but not too much - you want it as an accompaniement to a main meal and not too gloopy)
You'll love it! Add some fresh baby spinach as well if you like

Tuna Croquettes. You drain the tuna very well and mix it with an egg and salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smashed up crackers and then fry it up in a pan. Its very tasty.
