It all depends. Want a exotic dinner? Cook some Pupusas (salvadoran dish made of corn tortillas with pork and cheese filling) or Gallo en Chicha (A salvadorean version of the french coq-au-vin) or if you want another approach, try some Cream of Mushrooms, followed by a Prime Rib.

I think salmon crocketts sounds good (bread salmon patties w/Italian bread crumbs) with white gravy (to make gravy...black pepper, salt, milk, onions, and dash of sugar). I prefer wild rice, but the long grain white rice is good too, corn on the cob and a slice of whole wheat bread w/butter. You could also steam some baby carrots and peas, but I always cook butter nut squash w/ a little salt and butter it's really good!! Then for desert by some frozen strawberries, Sara Lee pound cake, and Bluebell's homemade vanilla ice cream. (Strawberry short cake...very satisfying after dinner)
Good Luck!!
