I am starting an online magazine with a couple of friends, ( I won't mention the name here so I don't abuse the forum ). It is a cooking education website. It is targeted towards bachelor males. It will have articles, recipes, how to shop, how to use the tools, etc. Will this be popular enough to be profitable? I'm just looking for a little popular opinion here.

I was counting on the Quaker Oats container and this new one does not have it. That one has always been my fav. I'm open for any meatloaf recipes also. Thanks.
Peace,
Laurie

Every restaurant I've been to that serves barbeque food like ribs or chicken serves pickles with the meal. It's a nice color complement, but why always pickles?

I am using 2 round 9 inch pans. I have had experience that it takes away from the baking through properly when put in the oven at the same time. Please tell me how to adjust the time or temp... or should I just put them in separately??

Thanks!

ok first off...this is NOT intended to be offensive, i am SERIOUS about this....however, everytime i use the word balls i admit, i giggle....tee hee.

i make these little oreo cookie balls and once they are chilled i need to dip them into melted chocolate.
well, i have been making them and inserting a toothpick into each ball and using that to dip it and then putting them on waxed paper to set.
well, some lady made these originally and she didn't use a toothpick and her balls didn't have a spread out base from the chocolate setting on the waxed paper.

how can i cover the balls in chocolate and get an even coating without any deformities, like a flat side from sitting on the pan.....

this is really bothering me!!!!

thanks!!

I had cherry peppers marinating in olive oil and vinegar for a few days in the fridge. The proscuitto and provolone was stuffed in the peppers after I took them out of the marinade. I hate to throw away all this olive oil (being so expensive)! Could I save the mixture for another recipe in the future?

Some one made my mother in-law a casserole dish and it was so good. I am looking for the recipe and was wondering if anyone has it. It was white rice with broccoli and then there was boneless chicken breast on top of it and the rice tasted like it might have had cheese in it and the chicken looked liked it might of had some type of soup poured on top of it. Does anyone have this recipe or something close to it?
