I like making a grilled tuscan chicken salad. Here is a list of what you need: Mixed greens, tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, kalamata olives, pine nuts, red onion,croutons and of course grilled chicken. Assemble the salad and put balsamic vinegarette dressing on top.

I like just about any kind of salad and I love red onions this is just tooo tough for me i think a good spring blend with lots of spinach

bell peppers (various colors)

Italian Dressing


cut up all vegetables, you can use others if you want, then marinate in italian dressing for 24 hours

cucumber salad
2-3 cucumbers
@1 cup of mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
i packet of dry ranch dressing
whole red onion
and i like to add some cherry tomatoes optional
oh and some vinegar to your taste
