Red Bull will get you a caffeine high. And you might crash when that wears off. Best fuel is from natural foods. Eat your fruits and vegetables everyday and drink plenty of water. I like VitaminWater too- tastes great and you get 100% RDA of vitamin C, plus 10-20% of a bunch of other vitamins. Get 30mins of exercise everyday and you’ll never have to worry about your energy level.

those 5 hour energy shots are really good, you should stay away from sugary and caffiene laden drinks because they only give you a short boost and then you crash. good foods are veggies and whole grains and fresh fruit

Water. Staying hydrated keeps you going. When your body is dehydrated you feel sluggish.
Lay off carbs and snack on almonds or vegies.
