I would say rice grain liquor. or beer, I know that monks were the 1st to create a drink of spirit but I'm not sure what it was.

Folks have been brewing beer for about 8000 years, I think that probably qualifies as the first alcoholic drink actually produced by mankind.
Fermentation is a natural process whereby yeast converts sugar to alcohol. Any liquid that has sugar (or starch) and yeast in it will ferment. Given that, it is likely that some kind of wine from squeezed fruit was probalby the first accidental alcoholic drink.

It was Mead. Also knwon as Honey Wine. It is honey, yeast and water. It is called the drink of love and it was thought to promote fertility. People drank it and had sex right after they got married hoping to concive. That is where the term honeymoon came from.

I would agree, it was Mead and then wine. They first learn about Alcohol and its affects when there juices fermitated by accident from improper storage.

fruit that had a lot of sugar and fermented on its own in the suns heat. so man was not responsible for the first piss up.
