How about simmering pork chops in a pan until brown, add a little salt and pepper, the add a can of cream of mushroom soup mixed with about 1/2 cup milk, cook rice on the side and serve with that, and maybe a salad or Mandarin oranges...

Pasta tortellinis in a creamy Alfredo sauce with chicken (cooked with rosemary for a gentle flavour and aroma) with pine nuts. On the side some broccoli.
For desert, a chocolate flour-less cake (also known as a cloud cake) with fresh whipped cream on top.
A nice cup of coffee to give you and him a kick after dinner, then dare I say, put that left over cream to good use. He's a lucky bugger! ENJOY !!!!

Buy a slab of tenderloin, cut into even pieces (about an inch thick) , wrap streaky bacon around each and fry in shallow oil/butter. Serve them with a nice bowl of salad, fries, roasted veggies or mashed potatoes. Hope your dinner turns out well!
