my italian nonna used to make this dish called ''pastati pie'' idk if thats even the proper name (shes passed away),,but it was a delicious dish, i know it was made with ''pasta thats shaped like spaghetti but has a hole in the center.and is baked with raisins,& egg to hold together with a litttle seasoning(my mouth is already watering just thinking about it??? i know its hard but ive looked for a long time now and i cant find any recipes for this so if anyone out there can help bring my nonna back hahaa i would be so gratefull,i miss her and this dish??

I'm including recipes for some research on hypertension and was wondering if the following two dishes would assist in preventing or reducing the risk of getting hypertension (eg: low salt levels).

1) Omelette:
* 1 egg
* 2 egg whites
* 45g low-fat cheddar cheese
* ¼ c chopped green/red bell peppers
* ¼ c chopped tomato

2) Wrap:
* Canola cooking spray
* 4 eggs
* 4 sheets wholemeal lavash bread
* 2 tbs reduced-fat cream cheese
* 50g baby spinach leaves, washed
* 1 large avocado, sliced
* 2 vine ripened tomatoes, sliced
* Cracked black pepper to taste
