Well you don't say what he DOES like, but:
Yogurt and fruit
Oatmeal with shredded cheese and bacon bits
Bagel with cream cheese
Quesadilla with fresh salsa
Blueberry pancakes (easy if you buy the jug where you add water and shake)

Some things I know of that you won't have to prepare are: muffins(blueberry, banana, etc), bagels, toast, pastries, oatmeal, grits, nutrition bars, fruit (grapefruit, apple)

Some things you might have to prepare are: ( I don't know about healthy) waffles, french toast sticks, pancakes, sausage, Bacon, country ham.

Sorry I couldn't be more of a help.

some toast could work with some nice strawberry jam, then there are breakfast nutrition bars. Eggs would be the easiest bet, but im sure youll find something

Toast, bagels or muffins come to mind with juice and possibly milk or coffee/tea dependent upon what he likes to drink. It also doesn't take much time to prepare fresh fruit. He can even eat bananas on his way to work. Granola bars might work also.
