Basically i have a smoothie maker and love making them, but i want to have them for work as they're filling and of course healthy. But don't know what to keep them in? I've got a fridge at work which helps.

Yes you can... use any container that has a lid to seal it. Have you any 'tupperwear' or similar containers? If not you can buy them from supermarkets or shops such as Wilkinsons or In store quite cheaply. Give it a good shake before you drink it and enjoy.

If you have one of those smoothie makers that includes for ice crushing, then just add that to the smoothie and find an insulated drinks carrier for the container (baby shops sell some good quality ones).

Freezing the smoothie doesn't always help; depending on the fruit that you've put in, freezing can affect the consistency.

Bring the smoothie maker, cause if they are not make at the last minute than they are not perfect.
Put the top in the fridge and bring out the bottom when you want to have it.
Other people will want to try when they hear the blender come on and you will be the center of attention.

Try using a flask. I usually put ice in first for about 5 - 10 mins to allow it to get really cold then empty out before refilling with my smoothie. Hope this helps. Have a nice day.

Good idea put the smoothie in a air tight container and place it in the fridge when you arrive in work.

I make my own yoghurts using natural yoghurt, fruit and sweetner.

I put them into small pots and freeze them. You can get cup shaped containers in any good supermarket, make them, freeze them, take them out before going to work and you'll have a lovely cool snack for your break.

Get one of those plastic (Tupperware) mugs with water-tight lids. Put it in the fridge until you are ready to drink it.

Put it in like an empty coke bottle, and put this in your fridge.
