Hi Wisdom.

You just made me hungry by asking that question. I'm only teasing.

I love vegetarian chili. I don't like it to be too hot, just moderately hot.

Vegetarian chili tastes wonderful when it is served over white rice.

There is a lot of protein in the beans of the chili, and together with the rice (carbohydrates), makes a very hearty meal, as well as healthful.

It does boost your metabolism up a little for a while. Plus, it is very filling, so you do not need to eat very much to be satisfied.

I hope you get to try it. Let us know if you like it.

Peace.

Depends on a lot of things really.

What the chilly is made from and how much you eat would be the big ones.

I would eat home made chilly, certainly not every day, and i would eat it as part of a wholesome balanced meal.

Chillies themselves do kick your metabolic system up a bit and they have phytonutrients in them.

however im sure they would be harder to digest than lettuce.

I consume in moderation, i suggest looking at all the ingredients in it and weighing up the benefits, should enable you to make an informed decision on if and how much you want to consume.

Are you speaking of a really hot pepper (chilli pepper) or do you mean a nice steaming bowl of veggie chilli? I imagine that either could be replaced by something better for you but neither is a no-no.

If the hot chilli contains jalapeno or cayenne peppers the chemicals in them can boost your metabolism. So that is definitely a good thing!

If you are a vegetarian, and you love to experiment with various tastes, there's nothing bad about it.

It is a good thing if you like it and it is a bad thing if you don't like it. Anyway, I like it because it can make me cry and make my face turn red.
