I'm looking for low-sodium, low-potassium versions of football snack favorites. I'm preparing these for a young man with severe heart problems and needs to limit his sodium intake to a very small amount. I don't want him to feel like he's missing out on everything he used to enjoy eating and doing, so i'm trying to keep game days as close to normal as possible. Any suggestions, recipes, tips, etc. would be greatly appreciated.

I have a heavy wooden cutting board, and it's become very warped. I used it a few days ago to cut potatoes, and then set it on top of the crock pot to make room on the counter. I forgot to wash it and put it away, and when I went to use the crock pot today, I found it, and it's got a definate curvature, like the middle of the board was trying to sink into the pot.

It's been very hot and humid here lately, so did that cause the cutting board to do that? Is there any way to fix it?

I sauteed the seasoned chicken in some oil for about 20 minutes with some pieces of pork shoulder and ham then I took it off and sauteed in the same oil some onions and some peppers garlic then I added the meat to the pan then I am going to add some cups of water and some rice and let it dry out and fluff up the rice with a fork and serve with some sliced tomatos.
Thanks for reading tell me what you think!

This is his favorite. Not mine. It does not have to be a really big cake.

As stated before, I will soon be vegan (I've taken steps of cutting things out of my diet 1 by 1 because I take this very seriously as a lifelong commitment). I've also made the choice to never purchase the skin or fur of animals again. (And I haven't for over 2 years.)

I've got these really comfortable sandals that I've had for 6 years. The tops are leather. I believe that throwing them away would be wasteful and disrespectful to the animal that died for them, and I believe that in my care they could last decades. So I'm thinking of ways to reconcile them with my moral imperative, since a vegan wearing leather is pretty hypocritcal.

What if I carve the words "never again" into the front straps (quite visibly) so that I can use them as a discussion piece for what motivated my change? Would this be self-righteous? What if I don't preach about them, and simply reply "what do you think?" to anyone who asks, and then ask if they would like to learn more?

I put a husk from Harris Teeter in the microwave. I removed the husk. The ends looked weird but the middle part was ok, yellow and fresh looking. As I was eating a long worm dropped out of the end. I almost had a heart attack. I am going to avoid corn for the rest of my life. I threw the remaining corn I bought in the trash. I'm thinking about throwing everything out of the fridge. Uggghhhh!!!!
