If you dont have a smoker and dont dig liquid smoke...you can put some tea from a tea bag in a baking pan..then put your chicken breast on a rack right above it and cook it like u normally do...it sounds crazy but it works...really!!!

Add a little LIQUID SMOKE to your marinade.
It is sold in the section where the steak and bbq sauces are sold. It's a fairly small bottle and a few drops go a long way. I add it to my bbq sauce.
