I eat it maybe twice a week, with one slice of whole grain wheat, and natrual organic PB and Organic Jelly

PB is mostly fat and jelly is mostly sugar, whether it's organic or not. But twice a week doesn't sound too bad, depending on how much pb and jelly you load onto the bread.

Number 1: You need Good Sources of Protein in your diet! Natural Peanut Butter, ground up peanuts is Great Source of Protein!

Number 2: Well made comercial jelly or Homemade jelly are good for your diet because you need some Sugars! If you are overweight, well you know you shouldn't eat it then!

Number 3: High quality Bread, commercial or homemade, is great for sandwiches! It should be whole-grained or multi-grained and not contain preservatives!

The best PBJ sandwiches are made with Jam opposed to Jelly! The bread should be very lightly coated with Butter, not Margarine on the Peanut Butter side! If you do not want to use the Butter -Coat, use just the tiniest amount of Mayonaise stirred into the peanut butter! PBJ Nutritionsness at its Most Delectible!

Use natural peanut butter, measure out the amount, and use either an All Fruit spread, or just a smaller amount of jelly. Make with whole grain bread (which I think a pb&j tastes better on anyway) It's not a terrible snack, just don't load up on the PB, I usually use 1 TBS and it is more than enough for a decent sandwich.

No. It is a very good snack, especially with the whole grain bread and organic PB, PB is full of the good fats we need. So it is perfectly fine for you to eat it. Don't worry. There are a plethora of things much, much worse to eat.

That shouldn't be too fattening with that bread and the organic jelly and peanut butter
