This is the best dip ever! It's so easy to make and it's a gaurenteed success wherever it is served:

2 cans artichoke hearts in brine, drained and chopped
4 cloves of garlic finely chopped
1/2 cup parmesean cheese ( the kind in a shaker)
1 stick of butter
1 package of cream cheese
1 large tub of sour cream

In a skillet melt the butter and add the garlic, sautee them until they start to go golden in color. Add the rest of the indredients and stir until well combined and simmering.
It's easier to add the cream cheese in little chunks so it melts quicker. Serve warm with either crackers or hawaiian bread.
Yum!!!!
