Just thinking of a worst case scenario where we get pulled over and they check all our boxes and find our bar stuff.

My hubby and I have a drink maybe 4x per YEAR, and I am pregnant, so it is obvious we won't be drinking during the move.

Just wondering...do I need to just tape the heck out of the box, to prove that nobody is taking swigs in the moving van? lol.

Every morning my wife tells me that i drink to much coffee, but when i ask her what are the side affects, she just says it bad for me. On CNN I heard them say that if you don't drink enough water you can drink coffee instead, but i didn't get a chance to watch the entire show to hear if there were any harmful effect, so i'm not sure if it's really necessary to cut back.

i have a humidor which i use to store and age cigars. I moved recently and the humidor went unused for a while (1 year). the humidifier inside was obviously doing its job, in an empty humidor, before it dried out. now it is just sitting waiting for me to set it up again to use. My question is, do i need a new humidifier or can i just soak it and do the whole set up process with establishing a constant steady humidity level for a week before adding cigars. or have i ruined the entire unit. it looks fine to me and obviously when new humidors are in storage, they are not being used.

I would love to have a few recipes that I can double the protein or the starch in order to use it later in the week. Do you have a favorite family recipe that you use all of the time? Do you use your crock pot?
Thank you!

I am not trying to sound mean or catty here, but I for the life of me,cannot understand why people love this product so much? I was over to my friend's house for dinner and she made this and just the smell alone made me feel queasy. When it came time to eating it,I swear that I felt like I was going to throw up from the taste of hamburger helper cheeseburger macaroni, eww!

I have had all of the different flavors of hamburger helper and again, the smell of it cooking is horrible, and then when I start eating it,I feel like I am going to toss my cookies right across the table. Does anyone find hamburger helper as putrid as I do? I mean just the sodium content alone is the same as if you were to eat about three or four dill pickles in one sitting. What does everyone else think about hamburger helper?

I drink coors light and its just like water!! Does nothing to me! Bud ice is ok. I mainly drink bacardi and diet coke and it is just ok too. Is there a drink out there that puts you in a good buzz? Any tips? P.S I am a sociable drinker, once a week :-)

I found a great deal on bottled water, that I won't be using until June of next year.

I was curious as to how long bottled water is good for?

As in, can I buy it now, and store it, and it still be good for June?

Thanks!

take orange juice for example. the ingredients on a well known brand of orange juice i bought recently said simply 'freshly squeezed orange juice', though my girfriend insists that it's a lie and the juice is made from a powder. a discussion then ensued about how 'true ' the ingredients are. i'm convinced that a well known brand cannot lie, and the product would go through some kind of standard test or the like and that the manufacturer cannot make things up on the carton/packaging. she's not convinced...
