i've contacted the company and they have responded, they are sending their quality control personnel. what next?? do i hand over the sample pack?? because that would be as good as handing over the evidence to the criminal...

and yes i had bought two packs... i've finished the first n i'm alright.. but am really not sure what the hell has gone in.. other than the biscuits??

Throw them out, along with the flour or other possible contaminated ingredients.

I suspect you are not referring to homemade biscuits but ones from a restaurant. If so, inform the restaurant that you found glass in the biscuit so they can dispose of all possible contaminated items.

The restaurant may give you coupons or a free meal. But don't expect a big chunk of money. If you have no actual damages, you have no lawsuit.

Keep the biscuits, call a lawyer and get rich off of a lawsuit. Oh, you better go to the ER to make sure you don't have any glass in your body, that wouldn't be a good thing.

Well, if we must tell you, throw the biscuits away and wonder how you were so stupid YOU got glass in your biscuits.

Oh, and if you think you've got a lawsuit....LOL...Ya really don't. But hey, that lady that said she found the finger in the Wendy's Chili got her mug shot seen 'round the world.
