I have and I like it. It tastes good - cliche to say chickeny, but it gives you an idea. I have enjoyed it in chili and sausage. Watch out for the bones
Here's a recipe I found:
After cutting off the head, skinning and thoroughly washing, cut rattlesnake meat into three-inch pieces. Roll in a mixture of flour, cracker crumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Deep-fry ‘til golden brown at medium-high heat. Serve with French-fried potatoes, coleslaw and plenty of ice-cold beer on the side. Enjoy!

This is funny cause my neighbor was telling me that he just had some rattlesnake, lol, I was like OK, uh huh, wow. In my mind I was like, what happen to just eating chicken? LOL....He was here from Texas. Oh yeah he said he like armadillo too. I try to have an open mind LOL....The only thing I could do is make a mental note to self: Never go to dinner at his house. LOL...

Yes, had it at a restaurant for my birthday last year in the form of Rattlesnake bites. They were okay.

Yes, many times, and many ways and it is very good. Don't want to say it tastes like chicken, cuz everyone says that about everything, but maybe like a good swordfish

Most meat you will ever eat will most likely taste like chicken. Frog's Legs? Tastes like chicken. Any other weird sounding meat? probably tastes like chicken.

we have eaten a lot of rattlesnakes. bbq on grill is excellent.
