cut out the worcestershire and soy and the coriander - they don't work with Italian foods.

Definitely use the sugar - it works wonders. no cream or milk - not with fresh herbs and tomato style sauce. Use salted butter. unsalted is better for baking.

if you want to use cream change your ingredients to
1/4 cup shaved parmesan
3/4 cup thick fresh cream
good sprinkle black pepper
1/4 teaspoon of red paprika
1 cup finely chopped bacon
1 egg
1 egg yolk

Fry bacon bits. Mix into all other ingredients in a bowl. Mix into drained piping hot pasta. SO SO GOOD!

Non salted butter. You should use either tomato or cream, not both, and judging from your list, you have the ingredients for a tomato sauce.
Also, I wouldn't add the soy sauce and I wouldn't recommend the coriander if you are using basil. So:
Spaghetti
Beef minced
Mushroom
Tomato puree
Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce (?)
Butter
Garlic
Onion
Tomatoes
Pepper
Salt
Sugar
Basil leaves(minced)

Well....I'm sure it will be interesting. I'd try it. A little more like a fettucini though really. I would recommend using angel's hair pasta as opposed to just old fat spaghetti noodles. They are much lighter, easier to cook, and will probably take your sauce a little better. It doesn't matter if you use salted or unsalted butter. You will salt the dish to taste anyway.
Sounds really good! Don't use canned mushrooms. They taste like watered dirt.
Sautee your garlic, and veggies in some olive oil until they become a little clear, then take them off the heat.
I guess that's all I can say here. Bon apetit!

Unless you want a pink sauce, I wouldn't add milk or cream. I use lots of garlic and also add some fennel seed. Sugar is important, as tomatoes can be very sour and acidic. I have a friend who grates fresh carrot into her sauce as the natural sugar in carrots inhances the flavour. Oregano is also a popular spice for the sauce. How about some chopped red and green peppers to finish the sauce and don't forget some freshly chopped parsley....add all three just before serving for colour!!!!

I would use unsalted butter and skip either the worchestershire or soy because both are high in salt. I would also use oregano rather than coriander but that's a personal choice. No milk or cream-try a bit of cheese instead.

It replaced into brown sugar, a tablespoon or 2. it somewhat is how I make it, balances properly with the onions and different spices. Oregano, 2 teaspoons, 0.5 of onion, minced, a million/4 teaspoon Thyme, a million/2 to a million teaspoon garlic salt. you need to use a million/2 lb or extra hambuger, brown that first, chop into small bits jointly as browning. If extra hamburger, then you somewhat ought to advance the tomato sauce, in keeping with probability 3 cans instead of two, and extra water. Drain the hamburger (water and oil) then blend with the spices, a million/2 cup or so of wine, 2 or extra small cans of tomato sauce, and water, sufficient to make thick sauce. Simmer for half-hour or so till sauce thickens. scent is super jointly as cooking.

I have never seen soy sauce in a spaghetti recipe. When cooking use unsalted butter, it's purer. I have never seen a weirder recipe for spaghetti sauce. I don't like sugar in mine either. Sorry, it sounds dreadful. Heavy cream, just a tad, is the normal one. I'd suggest water or stock instead.

ok...lets be serious here...no coriander(cilantro)....absolutely no soy and lose the lea and perrins...not only are they not ethnically correct...they're gross...use non salted butter so you can set the seasonings yourself...and adding cream would just make it closer to a bolognese sauce...so it's more than ok!
