Healthspan make a vegan glucosamine but its not used in any products, only as a stand alone product.

So, anything with glucosamine in it will contain oysters.

Some orange is ok for veggies, some not. You either have to go with the "suitable for vegetarians" label or know what the process is they used to clean/calrify/reconstitute it.

The surest way is to buy pure orange juice without additives.

For a regular ole vegetarian yes. If your a vegan or stricter about your vegetarianism maybe not. It all depends if it's derived from an animal. Example Vitamin B 12 can come from a weird animal part and it can occur in nature naturally without animals involved. It sounds like you are a strict vegetarian. If you are worried you can call the maufacturer and ask if it's animal derived or get on their website and see if the answer is there. If that's too much just find another brand of orange juice. I only buy the frozen ones because all the ingredents on those ones are is orange juice and water.

I get the concentrate frozen in a can. I make sure it says 100% juice (I like Minute maid) That's what it should mean.. just the concentrated juice of the orange, nothing else....

I practically live on the stuff.

I agree with everyone who said to buy the natural stuff, though if it isn't available where you are, you can't help it.

Personally, I simply do not understand the additives in a lot of foods. There are so many foods that have extra chemicals in them that were made perfect by nature.

Examples: orange juice, maple syrup, peanut butter, raisins, and chocolate are all foods that are wonderful the way they are, but big corporations have to mess with them to make more $.

it really depends if it is pure orange juice, if it is pure then it should be fine, all orange juice iv ever found here (UK) has been ok! however, that brand you are looking at seems to not be suitable, the best thing to do is look for the little logo on the packet.
